Vision :
KVS envisions itself a world class organization in school education committed to continually empowering teachers to actualize inside out synergy in students and enable them to fulfill futuristic societal, national and global needs and aspirations.
Our Mission :
KVS has a four fold mission viz:-
1. To cater to the educational needs of children of transferable Central Government employees including defence and para military personnel by providing a common programme of education.
2. To pursue excellence and set the pace in the field of school education.
3. To initiate and promote experimentations and innovations in education in collaboration with other bodies like CBSE, NCERT, etc.
4. To develop the spirit of national integration and create a sense of “Indianness” among children.
Kendriya Vidyalaya, Bargarh, a co-educational CBSE affiliated institution, run by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Human Resource Development was established in Bargarh in 1996. Since then it has been achieving laurels in myriad fields- be it academic or extra curricular. The school has successfully carved a niche for itself in the city of Bargarh. Parents vie for admission of their wards in the Vidyalaya which we, the Vidyalaya Family, believe is success in the truest sense of the term. The Vidyalaya has been achieving excellent CBSE results since the inception of class X in our school. The school has classes from I to XII (Science).
Kendriya Vidyalaya, Bargarh firmly believes that a true education implies all-round development of a child and so besides academic excellence stress is laid on many co-curricular activities- such as games and sports, scout and guide, drawing and painting to name a few to stimulate the latent talents of the budding citizens of India. The organization primarily aims at physical, mental and spiritual development of every child. It also envisages to flourish as a pace setting educational institution by imparting updated quality education and inculcating the feeling of oneness and Indianness among our students.
